1. Acceptance of terms

By using the LikeMax app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Service description

LikeMax provides followers, likes, and views for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok through a password-free, coin-based delivery system. We never request your social media login credentials.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate public usernames or post links. LikeMax is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect information, private profiles, or changes to platform policies beyond our control.

4. Payment and billing

Paid packages are billed in INR at the price displayed at checkout. Free coins (from signup, referrals, or in-app ads) have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use LikeMax to target accounts you do not own or have authorization to promote, or in a manner that violates the terms of service of Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.

6. Limitation of liability

LikeMax is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages, including changes in reach, engagement, or account status resulting from third-party platform policy changes.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
