Child Safety Standards for LikeMax

1. Commitment to Child Safety

LikeMax is committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) across our platform. We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or interaction that endangers minors (people under 18). This includes but is not limited to sexual content, grooming, exploitation, trafficking, or solicitation of minors.

2. Age Restrictions

  • Users must be 18 years or older to create an account.

  • We implement automated age verification where feasible and manual review for suspicious accounts.

  • Accounts that appear to belong to minors (under 18) are immediately banned.

3. Content Moderation

  • All user-generated content is monitored using a combination of automated scanning (AI/ML filters) and human moderation to detect and remove CSAE content.

  • Any content flagged as potentially involving minors is immediately escalated to our Trust & Safety team for review.

4. Reporting & Response

  • We provide in-app reporting tools that let users flag any content or behavior they believe violates child safety policies.

  • All reports are reviewed within 24 hours, with high-risk reports prioritized.

  • Confirmed violations result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and reporting to relevant authorities when required by law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sharing sexual content involving minors

  • Soliciting minors for sexual activity

  • Grooming, exploitation, or trafficking of minors

  • Encouraging other users to engage in illegal activity involving minors

Violation of these rules results in account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

6. Safety Education

We provide guidance and reminders within the app to encourage safe interactions, including:

  • Warnings about sharing personal information

  • Prompts to report inappropriate behavior

  • Links to external child safety resources
